Cancellation

JourneyJive will disclose at the time of booking whether the rates selected for hotel and/or flight booking is refundable or not. For refundable bookings, we will refund customers to the original payment method within 30 days. We also do planning and hotel selection. The customer can choose to book with the site directly

While we will not be directly responsible for procuring visas or permits to locations, we will offer guidance to you on formalities and documentation on specific destinations.
